Verification Process:  We use a secure, multi-layered age verification system designed to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse:• Government-Issued ID: Users must upload a valid passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card.• Live Selfie Check: A real-time selfie is required to confirm identity and match the submitted ID.• Human Review: Our compliance team manually reviews flagged cases to ensure fairness and transparency

All data collected during verification is:• Encrypted and stored securely• Used solely for age and identity verification• Handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws• Never shared with third parties unless legally required.

 

5. Consequences of Falsification:  Attempts to falsify age or identity will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.  In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to report the activity to relevant authorities.

 

6. Ongoing Monitoring:  Age verification is completed during initial registration. However, we may request re-verification if:• Suspicious activity is detected• Required for legal or compliance updates.
