2. Minimum Age Requirement

To use our Platform, users must be 18 years or older.
We do not permit access to individuals under 18, even with parental or guardian consent. This ensures the safety, integrity, and wellbeing of our community.

 

3. Verification Process

We use a secure, multi-layered age verification system to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse. This process is carried out exclusively by our licensed third-party verification provider.

The verification provider will request:

​

  • Government-Issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card)
     

  • Live Selfie Check to match the ID to the user
     

Where necessary, human review is completed by the verification provider or our compliance team to ensure fairness, accuracy, and transparency.

Important:

​

My Soul Connector does not store, retain, or access ID documents, live selfies, or raw verification data.


All verification data is processed and stored solely by our third-party provider, and we only receive a pass/reject result.

 

4. Data Protection & Privacy

​

We take your privacy extremely seriously. All age verification data:

​

  • Is processed and stored securely by our verification provider
     

  • Is encrypted during transfer and processing
     

  • Is used solely for identity and age verification
     

  • Is handled in full compliance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018
     

  • Is never shared with third parties except where legally required
     

My Soul Connector never stores ID documents or biometric data on our systems.

 

5. Consequences of Falsification

Any attempt to falsify age or identity will result in:

​

  • Immediate suspension or termination of the account
     

  • Possible investigation by our safety and compliance team
     

  • Reporting to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected
     

We have a zero-tolerance stance on attempts to circumvent safety checks.

 

6. Ongoing Monitoring

​

Age verification is completed during initial registration. However, we may request re-verification if:

​

  • Suspicious or unusual activity is detected
     

  • Required for safety, safeguarding, or compliance reasons
     

  • Updates to legal or regulatory obligations require renewed verification
